Relieving Women's Health Problems
with Natural Holistic Medicine

Women's health problems such as PMS, endometriosis, and menopause, respond well to natural healing methods.

For more than 38 years, I've had the privilege of working with thousands of women to help them return to a greater quality of life by reducing or eliminating gynecological symptoms.

What natural methods work best for improving women's health issues?

  • Functional Diagnostic Medicine - Chronic stress impacts our bodies in numerous ways. Over time, the pattern of constantly feeling stressed sets in, robbing the body of energy and support for healthy functioning. This is often the underlying cause of many problems ranging from fatigue and hormone imbalances to joint pain and lack of focus. By uncovering and then correcting these issues at a deeper level, we can break the cycle of chronic stress and help return to an optimal level of everyday functioning.
  • Herbal Medicine - Chinese herbal formulas are very useful for overcoming many women's health problems. The trick is to clearly identify the underlying pattern of imbalance. Once identified, the correct formula brings the body back to balance and promotes greater health and well-being.
  • Acupuncture & Acupressure - By regulating how the body responds to hormone and other changes, acupuncture is an effective way to alleviate symptoms. It is particularly effective for PMS symptoms and as a secondary support for relieving menopause and endometriosis symptoms.
  • Metabolic TypingŪ (MT) - Since food is the 'fuel' that our bodies run on, it forms the basis of every biochemical change in our bodies. Because of this it has a very powerful influence on hormones. That's why it's crucial to get the right fuel mix. The hard part is that each person needs slightly different foods and balance of proteins, fats and carbohydrates to function at their best. MT helps by identifying these factors unique to you, allowing you to take advantage of the most powerful drug you will ever take... food.
  • Neurotransmitter Testing (NT) - During menopause, brain chemistry imbalances take place, contributing to mood swings, irritability and lack of mental focus. NT determines which brain chemicals need to be rebalanced so we can use natural supplements to return them to an optimal state. Rebalancing brain chemistry can help the transition go more smoothly.
  • Nutritional Supplements - Modern foods don't contain the amount or variety of vitamins, minerals and other nutrients necessary for optimum health. When your body has menstrual symptoms, it can help to add the proper nutritional support by taking supplements appropriate for your unique situation.
  • Mediator Release Testing (MRT) - Many women's health problems improve when foods the body is reactive to are removed from the diet. And since symptoms can occur up to 3 days after eating a reactive food, it's very difficult to identify which food is a problem. Using MRT we can identify these foods. Once identified, it's a simple matter of removing the offending foods, often creating dramatic improvements in just a few days.
  • Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA) - Toxic heavy metals in the body (lead, aluminum, mercury, etc.) can act as blocking factors getting in the way of your body's natural ability to heal. With HTMA we can discover and then clear these toxins naturally. Your body becomes more able to heal from within.

The approach or combination of approaches that will give you the fastest, most reliable results depends on your health history, the underlying pattern of imbalance in your body, and a variety of other factors unique to you.

The bottom line is that if you have women's health issues, there are natural ways to help alleviate the problem.
