Relieving Digestion Problems
with Natural Holistic Medicine

Indigestion, bloating, ulcers and poor elimination are indications that your digestive tract is not working well. And they also mean that your body isn't getting the full benefit from the foods you eat. Over time this leads to a kind of invisible state of malnourishment. You don't look like you're starving, but your body can't function as it should and other health problems will show up eventually.

For over 38 years, it's been my privilege to help many people eliminate their digestive problems and return to a greater quality of life.

What natural methods work best for
improving digestive health problems?

  • Metabolic TypingŪ (MT) - Since food is the 'fuel' that our bodies run on, it forms the basis of every biochemical change in our bodies. And when we don't digest well, it makes sense to pay particular attention to which foods are the right fuel mix. The hard part is that each person needs slightly different foods and balance of proteins, fats and carbohydrates to function at their best. MT helps by identifying these factors unique to you, allowing you to take advantage of the most powerful drug you will ever take... food.
  • Mediator Release Testing (MRT) - Food sensitivities are far more common than food allergies. These have a direct connection to digestive and elimination problems, including Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) and Crohn's Disease. And because symptoms can occur up to 3 days after eating a reactive food, it's very difficult to identify which food is a problem. Using MRT we can identify these foods. Once identified, it's a simple matter of removing the offending foods, often creating dramatic improvements in just a few days.
  • Nutritional Supplements - Modern foods don't contain the amount or variety of vitamins, minerals and other nutrients necessary for optimum health. In addition, many people don't digest the foods they eat efficiently. The end result is lack of vital nutrients the body needs to function well. By taking the appropriate supplements for your unique situation, you help compensate for this and support your body's ability to strengthen digestion.
  • Functional Diagnostic Medicine - Chronic stress impacts our bodies in numerous ways. Over time, the pattern of constantly feeling stressed sets in, robbing the body of energy and support for healthy functioning. This is often the underlying cause of many problems ranging from fatigue and hormone imbalances to joint pain and lack of focus. By uncovering and then correcting these issues at a deeper level, we can break the cycle of chronic stress and help return to an optimal level of everyday functioning.
  • Herbal Medicine - By clearly identifying the underlying pattern of imbalance creating digestive symptoms, we can use the correct herbal formula for bringing digestion back to balance and restoring energy and well-being.
  • Acupuncture & Acupressure - There are numerous acupuncture points that affect digestion, both directly and indirectly. Acupuncture helps clear and strengthen the activities of all the digestive organs, helping eliminate the symptoms of digestive inefficiency.
  • Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA) - Toxic heavy metals in the body (lead, aluminum, mercury, etc.) can act as blocking factors getting in the way of your body's natural ability to heal. With HTMA we can discover and then clear these toxins naturally. Your body becomes more able to heal from within.

The approach or combination of approaches that will give you the fastest, most reliable results depends on your health history, the underlying pattern of imbalance in your body, and a variety of other factors unique to you.

The bottom line is that if you have digestive pair or weakness, or any other serious health issues, there are natural ways to help alleviate the problem.
